ULIKE has more than ten years of electronics manufacturing experience, a senior R&D team, complete production equipment and practical processing experience.
Current PCBA equipment and capacity include automatic loaders and unloaders, MPM, GDK X5, YAMAHA YSM20, YAMAHA YSM10, I plus M7 and I plus M1 high-speed and general-purpose imported placement machines, automatic printers, AOI inspection, BGA rework stations, 10-zone reflow soldering, automatic wave soldering, oscilloscopes and auxiliary equipment. The team can mount components such as CHIP01005 and BGA packages above 0.3mm pitch.
Main customer industries include mobile phone repair instruments, communication technology, medical devices, industrial automation, instruments, network monitoring equipment and power equipment.
ULIKE has served overseas business in Germany, Singapore, Spain, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, supporting customer R&D progress and production schedules with manufacturing experience.
